Jonathon Berg

Managing Director

Jonathon is a long-term IT professional who has worked on the design and delivery of solution developments since the formation of Paradise in 1987.  Initially trained as a software developer, he has worked with all scales of business from SME to corporate. He has a unique skill-set that is particularly strong in accounting systems, cloud technologies and database development.

For the past few years, most of Jonathon's work has been in sales and solution architecture as well as the delivery of more challenging ERP cloud deployments for Paradise, to is fully Prince II certified.  He also carries Sage and Microsoft certifications.

In his sparse spare time, Jonathon enjoys photography, attempts cookery and lives in Daventry with his wife Sharon, his jukebox and occasionally one or more of their five children.

Cassandra Campbell

Marketing Manager

Cassandra joined Paradise in April 2013, having previously worked within the highly regulated financial services environments of Banking and Insurance. Because of her keen eye for detail and enviable organisational skills she was the natural choice to keep Jonathon's busy calendar in order!

The skills she’s picked up working in Corporate environments are varied and numerous, but the one which Paradise values most highly is her ability to develop efficient business solutions and streamline processes. This has resulted in her creating, among many other things, a unified marketing strategy for the Sage, IT Services and Training divisions of Paradise Computing Ltd.

Professional yet approachable, Cassandra is the glue that holds us all together - most notably because she is also Director of Internal Procurement of Refreshments (in charge of the biscuit fund)!

Jo Hempenstall

Customer Account Manager

Jo joined Paradise as Customer Account Manager in April 2014. Her key responsibilities are coordinating smooth and on-time project delivery, and maintaining regular contact with Paradise customers.

She gained extensive Account Management experience working in software and insurance broking businesses, and also has experience as a software trainer. She has worked in both corporate financial services organisations and for smaller businesses.

During her time working in the insurance sector, Jo qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Dominic Saunders

Infrastructure Services Team Leader

Dominic joined Paradise in August 2017 as Helpdesk Support Analyst. He has been working in IT support for more than 9 years, in both education and business environments.

When not working Dominic enjoys playing and watching football, keeping fit and spending time with his wife, young daughter and son.

Alpesh Mistry

Helpdesk Support Analyst

Alpesh joined Paradise in April 2016 as Helpdesk Support Analyst. Alpesh has been working in IT support for over 14 years.

When not at work Alpesh keeps busy looking after his 2 daughters and watching movies, playing video games and collecting retro video games consoles/games.

Christopher Thomas

Support Engineer

Christopher joined Paradise in the summer of 2017 having worked over 9 years in the IT industry, much of which was supporting Asia.

When not working Christopher enjoys watching films, playing video games and reading.

Anthony Lester

MCITP Database Administrator
Director | Software Services

Anthony is the Sage Team Leader and has been with Paradise since 2004. He has over 18 years of Sage support & development experience, from Line 100 DOS through to the current Sage 200 version.

As well as team organisation, he is involved with day-to-day software support, installations, upgrades and development.

Whilst not at work, Anthony is busy with his family - which includes an avid little Lego builder!

Vasileios Chatzichristou

Sage Product Specialist

Vasileios joined Paradise as a Sage Software Specialist in March 2019. He comes from an accounting background and he is fully AAT qualified. 
Outside work he enjoys watching football and spending time with his family.

Ben Skeels

Senior Sage Product Specialist

Ben joined Paradise as a Sage Software Specialist in December 2017, having previously worked in a similar role for six and a half years supporting CRM and Sage 200.

He also enjoys playing and watching football and going to the gym.

Mohammed Hamid

Software Specialist

Mohammed joined Paradise in April 2020 as a Sage Support Specialist. He has an accounting background and previously worked for another accounting software company, Xero.

Outside of work, Mohammed is an avid gamer and enjoys learning and developing his own knowledge in IT and Technology. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys photography, cooking and playing football.


Kay Waller

Sage Product Trainer

Over the past 30 years, Kay has worked with Sage Business Partners as a consultant and trainer from the days of DOS with Sterling and Sovereign through to the latest Sage cloud programmes, covering just about every industry sector. 

Kay comes from an accounting background, having worked her way up through the various departments from the days of manual accounts as a ledger clerk, credit controller, accounts dept. manager, payroll manager, and Finance Manager and Company Secretary.

Alex Hamp

Sales and Project Manager

Alex joined Paradise in August 2014 as a Sage Product Specialist and has his sights set on a career in Project Management. Alex came from a small Engineering company who spent the previous 12 months upgrading all their IT hardware, Windows software and Sage accounts software. Combined with previous experience in customer service, Alex has a great insight into how it feels to be a customer in this industry and how important it is to provide top quality support.

Outside of work Alex challenges himself with physical endurance events, having completed the Alpine Megavalanche bike race in 2012, The Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge lined up for 2014 and perhaps the Tough Mudder challenge in 2015.

Ronke Yussuff

Project Consultant

Ronke is one of our newest members to the company, being a recent graduate. Her key responsibilities revolve around helping manage our projects and speaking to our clients.

She is Prince2 Foundation qualified and is working towards completing her Prince2 Practitioners level.

Kevin Ritchie

MCAD .NET, MCSD .NET, MCPD Web Developer, MCITP Database Developer
Development Team Leader

Kev has been working with Paradise since 2006.

He is a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer, Database Developer and Web Developer with over 18 years’ experience in software development and works primarily in C#, building bespoke solutions for the Sage accounting package.

Outside of Paradise, Kev is a Squadron Leader in the Royal Air Force Air Cadets and is a Sector Commander for South & East Midlands Wing ATC, responsible for providing support and guidance to 6 Squadron Commanders across Northamptonshire and Leicestershire.  He was previously Commanding Officer at 422 (Corby) Squadron Royal Air Force Air Cadets, one of the largest Squadrons in the Air Training Corps.

Carl Clayton

Product Development Manager

Carl joined Paradise in 2012, having previously worked within the manufacturing and supply industries. Working for over 15 years for British United Shoe Machinery (BUSM), the world’s largest provider of materials and machinery to the footwear industry. Roles involved managing the development of commercial software products, back-office integration and e-commerce solution. With extensive experience in operational and commercial processes, Carl brings direct experience of implementation and process flow.

Carl has worked throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas from the tender age of 19. This gives Carl a unique perspective of problem-solving across industries, cultures and countries. He is definitely the seasoned traveller of the team.

In Paradise, Carl is responsible for the development of the Sage management information system ‘Mainstream’. Developed using Microsoft SQL, SSRS and SSAS technologies, Carl is putting his end-user implementation experience to good use.

Outside of Paradise, Carl is a busy father of three and an avid PC gamer!

Dave Higgins


David has been with Paradise since July 2017 having previously worked in the Learning Industry developing Learning Management software. He has a background in various languages and has been involved in all aspects of the development life-cycle from planning to implementation. 

Outside of work, David enjoys the cinema, and spending time with his wife and 2 little Yorkies.

Karen Love

Operations Director

Karen has been part of the team since September 2014 and keeps Paradise's finances in excellent order. With over 17 years accounting experience, her organised approach and fine attention to detail, Karen ensures customers and suppliers alike receive a prompt and efficient service when dealing with Paradise. Karen also manages our Training Services department.

Kerry Vollmer

Business Development

Having joined Paradise in 2016, Kerry has been a valuable asset to the team. Focusing on developing new relationships, Kerry is instrumental in matching our clients needs to the various products and services that we offer to support client business growth.
