Nothing happens when Logging In, Printing or Accessing Menu Options?

If you’re logging in, printing, or accessing a menu option and nothing appears to be happening, press ALT + TAB on your keyboard to cycle through the open windows as the option you’re trying to access may be hidden behind another screen!


Message says you're already accessing that screen?

When trying to access a menu option in Sage 200, you may encounter a message stating that you’re already accessing either that exact screen, or something else that’s stopping you accessing this, but you have no other windows open…

In this instance, click the ‘cog’ icon in the top right-hand corner of Sage and select ‘User Login Status’ from the dropdown menu. On the new window that opens, is your name visible on the ‘Disconnected Logins’ tab? If so, click your name once to select then click ‘Log Off’ at the bottom of the window

We would recommend that disconnected logins are cleared every day to reduce the occurrence of this possibility.  



Can't find a menu option that you know you've used before? 

If you’re trying to find a menu option that you know you’ve used before, but can’t find it anywhere, use the ‘Search menu’ in the top left-hand corner of Sage.

For example, if you were looking at a report on despatches, simply search ‘despatch’ and this will return a list of all menu options containing the word ‘despatch’.
