PRINCE2® 2009 Foundation and Practitioner
Overview
Delegates will learn the key principles of the PRINCE2 project management method. The course will cover each of the 8 Processes, 8 Components and 3 Techniques described in the PRINCE2 manual. Key areas covered are planning, controls, risk management and quality management. Also examined will be the management information necessary for successful projects. Practical exercises will be given. During the course delegates will gain the knowledge to pass the Foundation exam and will leave with a sound structure within which they can more successfully manage projects.
