Overview
This course covers the essential skills to design and deliver effective training, which will both inspire and assist the individual to meet the challenges of the modern workplace. There will be practical sessions where delegates will need to prepare and present in a variety of situations. Delegates will receive handouts as well as hard copy templates of the forms used throughout the course.
