A username and password will be required to log on, after which a Windows desktop will appear with all your cloud software on it.

It is that simple.

We can offer any Microsoft products, including Office, on a bolt-on per-user per-month basis, we can also add email systems and any other software you want to be hosted. Adding these additional components are either completely free of charge or carry a modest monthly increase in the fee.

 Question Answer
What is Sage Private Cloud? Sage Private Cloud Hosting is a service which allows you to connect to your IT system from anywhere in the world.  The system is in a highly secure environment, safe from both failure and attack, monitored, supported and backed-up by IT professionals.  You and your staff connect to the system through the internet and use it in the same way as you do at the moment.
What Version of Windows can I have? Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2012 as you choose.
What versions of software can I use? All current versions are supported.  For example, if you choose to have Microsoft Office, you can choose from 2007, 2010, 2013 or later if available.
Can I use third party software? Yes, and this is a major benefit of using the Paradise Sage Cloud service. We will host any 3rd party products on our Sage Cloud, sometimes at no cost and sometimes at a modest monthly fee.  We place no restrictions on what software can be hosted and our Development Team are also skilled in connecting 3rd party applications to Sage.
Is it secure? The Paradise data centres are certified to ISO27001 which means all the facilities are audited annually to ensure you receive the best possible care in terms of data security.  This extends to our working practices and procedures to assure you that everything is being done properly.
Is the system quick to use? The simplest way to answer this is to provide you with a demonstration system for a few days so that you can see for yourself.  Using the latest technology and hardware platforms you can expect performance equal to or better than your local network.
What software can I use? Your simple monthly fee covers all hardware and software.  You can then choose to bolt-on additional services if you choose. Standard products such as Microsoft Office or email are available at low cost and come with additional benefits, such as entitlement to upgrade to newer versions on request.
What does it cost? Cloud solutions are not automatically less expensive than on-premises systems, but the cloud approach provides a number of benefits apart from cost.  In addition to access-from-anywhere, a private cloud allows you to add or remove users and resources on demand and removes any need to maintain a local server or backup. You will also benefit from the protection against loss of data by accident or intent.  Technical support costs are also likely to reduce.
