This powerful add-on offers a full suite of tools to assist the manufacturer, including Bill Of Materials, Works Order Processing, Design Drawing and Version control as well as a sophisticated planning and scheduling module. Integrating closely with Sales Order Processing and Stock Control this add-on can deal with the complexities of real-world manufacturing issues.
Bill of Materials
New in 2010, the older Bill of Materials module for Sage 200 has been replaced with a cut-down Manufacturing BOM to provide compatibility to those customers who many later require full Manufacturing, as well as ensuring future enhancements in this area benefit all users. The module itself allows Bill of Materials definition including labour and machine time, drawing and version control and both trial make-up and component processing driven from Sales Order Processing.
CRM
The Sage 200 CRM module features a very extensive browser-based user interface and a range of features including sales, service and marketing functionality. The product is under constant development to provide ever-closer links to accounts data for the CRM users, including detailed order history, order placement and even self-service capability, allowing customers to view and download historical documents including orders, statements and invoices.
Payroll
The excellent Sage Payroll product interfaces to Sage 200 for the posting of salary journals, complete with departmental analysis if required.
