What do we support?

What facilities do we have?
Support is controlled by a Service Desk operation. From here, incoming calls are routed to on-site software specialists or referred to mobile engineers. The Service Desk will ensure your call is prioritised and that you are kept informed on progress if your requirement cannot be resolved at once.
The range of facilities available to the Service Desk is impressive. As well as Microsoft qualified engineers at all levels, there are qualified Sage engineers and senior multi-platform engineers who run our Hosting Centre. We can also provide specialists in cabling, communications and development.
Is it costly?
You can choose to be billed monthly in arrears, with an itemised invoice for the support services you requested, their duration and outcomes. Alternatively, Paradise offer a unique payment system called Total Support.
Total Support operates by setting a standing order value that suits both parties. All incoming requests are logged in detail and reported back to you monthly, together with the current status of your support account, which is allowed to go overdrawn in busy periods or can accumulate a balance during quiet periods. This can then be used for training, development or network projects. This simple but effective scheme allows you to plan your cashflow, predict budgets and remove the pain from disaster recovery incidents.
