Utilising our purpose-fitted facility, Paradise offer Applications Hosting on a variety of payment plans all sharing the high-quality approach and attention to detail on which Paradise has built its reputation.

We can provide Windows desktop accessed from any workstation with a suitable browser and internet connection, including applications like Microsoft Office, Sage 200 or virtually any other automation, accounting or database tools.

Support

Support is controlled by a Service Desk. From here, incoming calls are routed to on-site software specialists or referred to mobile engineers. The Service Desk will ensure your call is prioritised and that you are kept informed on progress if your requirement cannot be resolved at once.

The range of facilities available to the Service Desk is impressive. As well as Microsoft qualified engineers at all levels, there are qualified Sage engineers and developers who our the Hosting Centre.
